Bug fixes and enhancements

• BUG-000121561: Refreshing the Legend widget no longer consumes a large amount of memory within a web browser.
• BUG-000133257: Fixed an issue with the FeatureTable widget and HTML sanitization.
• BUG-000136352: Fixed an issue where the Legend does not include the histogram chart for a published map service with a bar chart symbol.
• BUG-000138684: Fixed an issue with click events not responding in versions 3.30 and below with Google Chrome.
• Fixed an issue with the geometryEngine.difference() method failing with some line geometries.
